What is the age range for membership?
Ages 7 and above (Primary School) as of 2025
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. Please pack the food and label the container with names. Members are responsible for their own container.
Do you provide transport from schools?
Treehouse is committed to provide transportation services to our members beginning April 2025.
What if we want to terminate?
Parents are free to terminate their child’s subscriptions with 1 month’s notice, which will utilise the deposit paid during enrolment.
When are other branches coming up?
Treehouse is committed to have 3 branches in Kuching by 2026.
What are the referral limits?
As of December 2024, there are no referral limits. Parents are permitted to refer other members up to the premise’s limit of 40 members.
Is someone going to help our children with their homework?
No. However, parents can request for daily homework, assessment, revision reminder on Luna.
What if we’re late to pick up our child?
A RM5 late penalty will be deducted from the account for every 15 minutes beyond the pick up hours.
